Production stage varies significantly between projects in which custom solutions are required and those in which standard products are required. Those requiring a most extensive use of SACO’s production capabilities will include the following steps:

INSTALLATION
Installation methodology is determined prior to design and production process to allow products to be customized for perfect and seamless integration, as well as to ease installation, adjustment, servicing and maintenance. SACO´s project and installation management teams coordinate and supervise on-site the development of the installation stage taking care of correct implementation of QC/QA and Health & Safety plans

DELIVERY OF WORKS
After completion of installation works, SACO specialized teams take full responsibility of the hand over of LED media systems making sure that not only project design strategies but also system capabilities are correctly communicated to the client and/or management team. In this project stage SACO conducts the following tasks:

SACO’s understanding of LED technologies and their capabilities together with its commitment with project design initial stages in which content strategies are determined, allows SACO to offer the best suited content design & management services via it’s in-house content specialist team Media Collective.
For projects in which third parties have been determined as the preferred option for the content design & management SACO offers technical support to cover any need that might arise in the process, making sure that full advantage is taken out of SACO high end technological solutions

MAITENANCE & SERVICING
SACO counts with in-house department dedicated to provide owners with full 24/7 support.
Service and Support for SACO systems is provided by SACO in-house technical support teams. Details related to the service of the system, such as troubleshooting procedures, serviceable parts, and repair procedures will be detailed in the Operations & Maintenance documentation that will be supplied with the system at the time of Commissioning.
For cases where it is not be possible to resolve an issue through on-site troubleshooting and corrective action, SACO offers its Component Factory Repair program. This also will be described in detail in the Operation & Maintenance documentation.
On-site service may also be arranged should this be deemed necessary based on the assessment of the situation by SACO Support.
